• Shipping may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days based on the destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. orders)

The delivery timeline depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: Arrives in 5–7 business days

• Express Shipping: Quicker delivery available for an extra fee

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that finding your perfect fit may take a try or two. Here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:

No Refunds – Store Credit Only

We do not issue cash refunds for returns or canceled orders. Instead, store credit will be added to your account (accessible through our website at fashiondollzboutique.com), which you can use for your next purchase. This policy helps us keep our pricing fair while still giving you full value for your order.

12% Restocking Fee

All approved returns will incur a 12% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total store credit issued. This helps cover the cost of handling and processing returns.

Returns Must Be in Original Condition

All returned items must be in unused, clean condition with no signs of wear, stretch, or scent. Tags must be attached, and there should be no deodorant stains, perfume, or oils. Items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to the sender.

Customer Pays for Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer return shipping labels. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Sizing Help

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your snatchwear. Here's how to make sure you choose the right size.

Measure your waist correctly

Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your waist, just above your belly button—this is your natural waistline. ⚠️ Do not suck in your stomach while measuring. Doing so will give you an inaccurate number and may cause discomfort when wearing your product. We recommend placing this reminder in bold to prevent common mistakes.

Store Policy & Product Flow

We want your shopping experience with Fashion Dollz Boutique to be easy, transparent, and stress-free. Below is a quick breakdown of our store policies to help guide you every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges


No Refunds – Store Credit Only

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once an order is placed. If eligible, you’ll receive store credit directly to your account at fashiondollzboutique.com that can be used toward a future purchase.

Exchange Window

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. The item must meet our return conditions (items must be in unused, clean condition with no signs of wear, stretch, or scent. Tags must be attached, and there should be no deodorant stains, perfume, or oils), and you’ll receive store credit once it’s received and approved. Please note: All approved returns will incur a 12% restocking fee.

Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once an order is placed unless it's a duplicate. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at [email protected] with both order numbers for review.

Order Changes (within 24 hours)

If you need to make changes to your item or size, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes are not allowed after submitting the order, so please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

Size-Related Exchanges

If your item doesn't fit and qualifies for exchange, you may request a different size. You’ll receive store credit to use on a new size or another product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene reasons:

Bodysuits

Health products

Scar creams

Contour bands

Sale/discounted items (including holiday promos and birthday sales)

Note: Sale items can be exchanged for store credit based on the discounted price paid.

Return Requirements

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free from stains, scents, or signs of wear

In original packaging with tags attached

Returns not meeting these requirements will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

Create or log into your account on our website

Submit a return request

Once approved, ship the item within 2 business days, including your original packing slip

Store credit will be added to your account, or the item will be exchanged based on your request

Unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender at their expense.

Accidental Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed in error, we will submit our policies and records to Shopify for review. Please contact us first before disputing a charge — we’re here to help and resolve concerns promptly.
